SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US shipping is 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited is 2-5 days. International is 10-21 days. We'll send a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to select countries. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

 

My tracking hasn't updated. Is my package lost?

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment. If it's still blank after that, email us and we'll dig in.

 

ORDERS & RETURNS

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet (usually within a few hours of placing it), email support@ragequitgear.com immediately and we'll try. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it but you can return it for a refund.

 

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

 

Do I pay for return shipping?

For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers it.

Are your products compatible with PC / Xbox / PlayStation / Switch?

Compatibility is listed in every product description. If it's not clear, email us before ordering and we'll confirm.

 

Do products come with a warranty?

Most products carry a 6-12 month manufacturer warranty. Specifics are listed on each product page.

 

Will you carry more products?

Yes. The catalog grows every month. Follow us or sign up for the email list to hear about new drops first.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

 

Is my payment info secure?

Yes. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. Your card info never touches our servers.
